As a Senior Dispatch Executive at First Connect Worldwide LLC, located in Noida, your role will involve coordinating and overseeing logistics operations, managing shipment schedules, and monitoring delivery progress. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance and safety standards, addressing delays or issues, and maintaining effective communication with drivers and clients. Additionally, you will be analyzing logistical challenges to enhance efficiency and operations optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Proficiency in logistics coordination, shipment scheduling, and dispatch operations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, drivers, and team members - Ability to use dispatch and logistics software or related tools efficiently - Basic computer proficiency with knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with LTL, FTL, drayage, OTR, and team management - Identifying and selecting reputable and safe freight carriers - Booking orders with carriers and preparing them for loads - Monitoring load status and coordinating with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers for scheduled pickups and drop-offs - Maintaining accurate records of activities and updating customers on shipment status - Prior experience in logistics and dispatch roles is preferred Qualifications: - Proficiency in logistics coordination, shipment scheduling, and dispatch operations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using dispatch and logistics software/tools - Basic computer skills with knowledge of MS Excel - Experience in handling LTL, FTL, drayage, OTR, and team management - Ability to identify reputable freight carriers and maintain accurate records - Prior experience in logistics and dispatch roles preferred Please note that you will be required to: - Start immediately - Undergo a background check - Have at least 1+ years of work experience with dispatchers Join First Connect Worldwide LLC to contribute to our customer-centric approach and innovative logistics solutions, aiming to maintain our reputation as a leading provider of freight brokerage services.
