S & S Brokerage Inc. is a New Jersey-based 3PL transportation company. We specialize in handling time-critical shipments with guaranteed pickup and delivery through our team of dedicated preferred carriers. Our extensive experience ensures reliability and efficiency in meeting the logistics needs of our clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive / Freight Broker located in Bengaluru. The professional will be responsible for generating new business leads, developing business strategies, managing client accounts, and ensuring effective communication with clients and carriers. Day-to-day tasks include identifying sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and overseeing the transportation process to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong ability in Account Management and Business strategy
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven track record in sales or business development within the logistics or freight brokerage industry is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
