𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀-

  • Daily bookkeeping, AP/AR & bank reconciliations
  • Handle QuickBooks / Xero & financial reports
  • Manage invoices, expenses, and month-end closing
  • Maintain accurate records & support tax preparation


𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀-

  • 6 months to 1 year of US accounting experience
  • QuickBooks/Xero experience and strong reporting skills
  • Excellent English communication is required
  • Must be comfortable working in a Shift from 3 PM to 12 AM.
