US Billing Manager/Senior Manager

Position: O2C - US Billing Manager/Senior Manager Location: Chennai, India (1st priority) / Noida India (2nd priority) Employment Type: Full-time Notice Period: Max 60 days Salary: 15 - 30 LPA (Depending on level of experience) Work mode: 5 days/week Level of experience: 10+ Years Must have worked independently for the majority of the project, without requiring any support from the US team. All the operations are managed from India, with no involvement from the US team Need to have some recruitment/staffing billing experience Years of experience: 10+ Years in US billing and collection process Shift hours: 10-7 pm/ 12- 9 pm/ 2 pm -11 pm but 2 months needs to work in night shift (6 pm - 3 am for transition process from US to India) We are looking to hire a Manager/Senior Manager in US-Billing process (Corporate function only, will not want candidates from BPO or operations process) Review all new customers agreement/PO for billing requirement Collaborate with Sales, operations and customer service team to resolve order related issues Leads should have experience in SOX environment/Listed US company Handling auditors independently w/o US support-KPMG/EY/BDO/Deloitte Good understanding of ERP- Oracle Someone who has worked in SOX environment.
