US Accountant & Team Leader

job Title: Senior US Accountant / Team Leader

Do not apply if you don't have US accounting experience because we are particularly looking for US experienced one.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of accounting for real estate clients, including property management companies and real estate investors.

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and reconciliations.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

- Conduct detailed analysis of property performance and profitability.- Prepare and file state and federal tax returns, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for real estate projects.

- Liaise with clients, providing exceptional service and resolving any accounting-related issues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Proficiency in accounting and Property management software such as
QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, and other similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

- Inter-CA, or any other accounting degree.

- Experience with accounting software implementation and migrations.

- Knowledge of IFRS & US GAAP.

Job time:
6.30pm to 3.30am (IST)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
