US Accountant

As a US Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for categorising bank feed transactions, matching bank receipts against open invoices, reconciling bank transactions for the month, and reconciling credit card transactions for the month. It is essential that you have knowledge of QBO, QBD, or Xero to effectively perform these tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Categorise bank feed transactions - Match bank receipts against open invoices - Reconcile bank transactions for the month - Reconcile credit card transactions for the month Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, or MBA (Finance) - Relevant Experience: 1 year or more in core US Accounting In addition to the above responsibilities, possessing good written and verbal communication skills in English is crucial. Experience in handling client communication via emails and platforms like Teams or Slack is essential. Experience in attending client calls will be an added advantage. Please note that the job location is near Mahesh Vidyalay, Kothrud, Pune. This is a permanent full-time position with afternoon shifts, working 5 days a week (Monday to Friday). The shift timings are 12pm to 9pm, 1:30pm to 10:30pm, and 3pm to 12am.
