US Accountant

Role Overview: As a US Accountant with expertise in QuickBooks, your main responsibility will be to efficiently handle day-to-day accounting tasks while ensuring adherence to US accounting standards. Your role will involve managing full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and providing tax-related support to clients based in the US. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and manage full-cycle accounting operations using QuickBooks - Record and reconcile transactions from bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements - Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures - Ensure compliance with US GAAP and company accounting policies - Collaborate with CPAs for tax filings and audits - Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies effectively Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a US Accountant or Bookkeeper - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field - Formal training or certification in QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) - Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles - Proficiency in bank reconciliations and financial reporting Additional Company Details: The job is a full-time position requiring your presence on-site for work.
