You will be joining our growing International Compliance Operations team in Pune as a VAT Analyst. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our operations, supporting U.S. and European customers, collaborating with foreign tax authorities, and external partners to provide top-notch VAT compliance services across multiple jurisdictions. As a VAT Analyst, your responsibilities will include leading VAT compliance activities for global customers, managing onboarding and de-boarding processes across 52 countries, preparing and filing accurate application packs to tax authorities and third-party vendors, keeping internal systems updated, responding promptly to customer queries, coordinating with returns teams and tax authorities, and managing and resolving inquiries across multiple jurisdictions. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of prior experience in VAT Compliance, with backgrounds in tax support roles or SaaS-based compliance tools being advantageous. You should also possess an enthusiasm for continuous improvement, an AI-first mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and partners in different geographies.
