Job Summary:

The Sales & Administrative Executive will play a key role in supporting both the commercial and logistical aspects of the business. This includes handling sales calls, managing sample dispatches, taking consistent follow-ups, and coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and comfortable communicating with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support

  • Conduct sales calls with existing and prospective customers.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of customer interactions and leads.
  • Send product samples as per customer requirements and track dispatches.
  • Take follow-ups with customers for both sales calls and sample feedback.
  • Coordinate internally with the production, logistics, and accounts teams for timely execution of customer requests.
  • Prepare and share quotations, basic product information, and follow-up emails as needed.

Administrative Support

  • Manage travel arrangements for team members, including

    booking flights, hotels, and cabs

    .
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing itineraries, and coordinating logistics for business trips.
  • Maintain records of travel expenses.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain weekly reports of sales calls, follow-ups, and sample dispatch status.
  • Support the sales team in day-to-day coordination and documentation tasks.
  • Provide timely updates and flag pending issues or customer requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset.

Working Style:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable managing both customer-facing and back-office responsibilities.
