Job Description

One of the most premium residential societies in Kharadi, Pune is looking for office assistant.

Core Responsibilities:

Communication:
Whatsapp communication with owners answering question, providing update. Answering, directing calls, taking messages, managing emails, handling mail/deliveries, and greeting visitors.
Scheduling:
Booking meeting rooms, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and sending invites.
Record Keeping:
Filing, scanning, data entry, maintaining databases, and organizing physical/digital documents.
Supply & Equipment:
Monitoring stock, ordering supplies, restocking stations, and ensuring office equipment (copiers, printers) functions.
Administrative Support:
Preparing documents (memos, reports), data entry, photocopying, basic bookkeeping, and assisting staff with tasks.
Office Environment:
Maintaining cleanliness, managing pantry stock, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Crucial for managing multiple tasks and records.

Clear verbal and written skills.
Tech Proficiency:
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
