Role Description

Gurugram

You will be responsible for building and optimizing real-time 3D humanoid experiences for the browser using Three.js, WebGL, and modern rendering techniques. The role includes implementing interactive animations, optimizing GPU performance, integrating 3D models (GLB/VRM), and collaborating with our AI, animation, and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build interactive and high-performance 3D applications using

  Three.js

  and

  WebGL

• Integrate and optimize

  GLB/GLTF/VRM

  humanoid models
• Implement real-time animation systems (skeletal, morph targets, blendshapes)
• Develop lighting, shadows, PBR materials, and effects for realistic visuals
• Write clean, modular, and optimized JavaScript code
• Troubleshoot performance issues (FPS, GPU load, memory)
• Collaborate with 3D artists, AI developers, and animators
• Ensure smooth performance across desktop and Android browsers

Required Qualifications

• Strong expertise in

  Three.js

  ,

  WebGL

  , and

  JavaScript

• Solid understanding of

  3D math

  (vectors, matrices, quaternions)
• Experience with

  GLTF/GLB

  ,

  VRM

  , animations, and PBR materials
• Knowledge of shaders (GLSL) is a

  big plus

• Experience with performance optimization in browser-based 3D apps
• Ability to debug rendering issues and optimize 3D pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Must be able to work

  on-site in Gurugram

Bonus Skills (Optional but great to have)

• React Three Fiber / React experience
• Shader programming (GLSL / ShaderMaterial)
• Experience with Face/Body tracking
• Knowledge of 3D engines like Babylon.js, Unity, or Unreal
• Experience with 3D animation workflows
