3D Avatar Designer and Developer – VRM / Blender / Three.js
Location: Gurugram (Full time, On-site) Start Date: Immediate Experience: Minimum 2 Years Ayesha Bot is India’s first emotionally intelligent AI humanoid - a lifelike digital assistant that talks, feels, moves, and connects just like a real person. We’re on a mission to build the future of AI powered digital humans, and we are now looking for a creative and technically skilled 3D Avatar Designer & Developer to help bring the next-generation avatars to life. What You will Do: Create realistic 3D VRM humanoid avatars from scratch (modeling, rigging, texturing) Design outfits, hairstyles, accessories, and skin textures Implement facial expressions, hand gestures, blinking, and custom animations Work on rigging, blendshapes, and lipsync systems Customize and enhance Mixamo-based animations Integrate models into our Three.js / React.js web application Optimize avatars for web performance and real-time rendering What We’re Looking For: Proficiency in Blender, Unity, or similar 3D modeling tools Experience with VRM, GLB, or FBX file formats Knowledge of rigging, blendshapes, and facial expression systems Hands-on work with Mixamo animations and lipsync integration Understanding of Three.js, JavaScript Familiarity with HTML/CSS for styling and avatar UI Experience with Photoshop (or equivalent) for texturing Nice If You Have: Experience in V-Tuber, Web3, or Metaverse avatar projects Understanding of eye tracking, real-time rendering, or avatar AI systems Why Join Us: Help shape the digital face of India’s next big AI humanoid revolution Collaborate directly with the founding team – very best in the industry Be part of a futuristic, high-impact product from the ground up Opportunity to take ownership at the intersection of tech & design Interested Please write to us with links to your portfolio or GitHub or showreel, showcasing relevant character modeling, rigging, or any 3D avatar work (e.g. in Sketchfab/ArtStation or any other tools or platforms) Contact & Info: Website: www.ayeshabot.com Email: careers@ayeshabot.com
