Urgently Hiring Sr. Accountants

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Senior Accountant to strengthen our backend finance team. The successful candidate will manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensure compliance with GCC regulations, and lead junior staff to deliver high‑quality financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the full accounting cycle, including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and month‑end closures.

- Prepare and review financial statements, tax filings, and statutory reports in line with GCC VAT and other regulatory requirements.

- Manage foreign‑currency accounts, handle exchange rate adjustments, and ensure accurate repatriation of funds.

- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate junior accountants, fostering a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement.

- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and bankers to resolve queries and streamline processes.

- Identify process inefficiencies and implement best‑practice controls to enhance reporting reliability.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

- Proven exposure to GCC accounting practices, including UAE, Saudi, or Qatar regulatory frameworks.

- Strong command of foreign‑currency accounting and GCC VAT compliance.

- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a small team.

- Solid understanding of IFRS/Ind AS and local GAAP as applicable.

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.

- The candidate must be an immediate joiner.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
