Job Description

Urgently hiring Oracle HCM Consultant for well known firm in Mumbai,Bangalore,Gurugram.

Role Overview

Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Oracle HCM Functional Expertise

  • Lead or support full-cycle implementations of

    Oracle Fusion HCM

    modules such as:
    • Core HR
    • ORC (Recruitment)
    • Absence Management
    • Payroll
    • Time & Labor
    • Performance Management
    • Compensation
    • Benefits
  • Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and perform fit-gap analysis.
  • Configure HCM modules based on functional specifications and business processes.
  • Prepare BRDs, MD50s, configuration workbooks, and solution design documents.

Testing, Migration & Go-Live Activities

  • Prepare and execute test scenarios for

    SIT/UAT

    and resolve defects.
  • Work with technical teams on integrations (HCM Extracts, HDL, REST APIs) and reporting (OTBI/BIP).
  • Support data migration using

    HDL/HSDL

    templates.
  • Assist with cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support.

Client Interaction & Advisory

  • Provide expert guidance on Oracle best practices, statutory requirements, and process optimization.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users.
  • Communicate updates, risks, and project milestones to stakeholders.

Post-Implementation Support

  • Handle enhancements, change requests, and ongoing production support.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions aligned with SLA.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4-10 years

    of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Strong configuration knowledge in at least

    2-3 core HCM modules

    .
  • Minimum

    1-2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations

    .
  • Good understanding of HR processes, payroll concepts, and workforce structures.
  • Experience with

    HDL/HSDL

    , HCM Extracts, and OTBI/BIP reporting.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA HR / MS HR / PGDM or equivalent.
  • Oracle Cloud HCM certification.
  • Experience in Big 4 / consulting background preferred.
  • Exposure to global implementations or multi-country HCM setups.
