#Keyskills: Python + FastAPI + Next.js + Postgres + Mongo DB + Docker + Web Application Firewall (WAF)

#Key Requirements:

1. Technical Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI.

• Basic working knowledge of NextJS to collaborate effectively with the frontend team.

• Good understanding of compliance frameworks and data protection standards.

• Experience integrating and working with security tools such as:

• OWASP ZAP

• Trivy

• Web Application Firewall (WAF)

• Other DevSecOps and vulnerability assessment tools.

2. Leadership & Team Management

• Should currently be working in the role of a Team Lead or Technical Lead.

• Proven experience in managing development teams, mentoring developers, and ensuring smooth execution of tasks.

• Ability to provide end-to-end solutioning, especially for complex logic flows and integrations.

• Capable of coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery.

3. Additional Responsibilities

• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding best practices.

• Participate in architectural discussions and propose technical improvements.

• Manage sprint planning, task estimation, and technical documentation.

• Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security standards are maintained.
