1. To co ordinate with the internal team for arranging the medicals, report follow up and closures. Ensure that the given task is completed as per the required TAT and all parameters as per client SLA are met.
2. To Manage a team of SPOCs to ensure smooth coordination of the required process.
3. To Communicate with the external clients, understand and give deliverables as per their requirements.
4. To analyze the data and take corrective action to improve the over all performance in terms of quality, TAT and service. Will be responsible to study the data of your respective region to track the pendency, closures and performance.
5. To handle the complaints/ grievances of the DCs, ICs.
6. To liaison with the local Insurance Company branches and LIC official personnel for business.
7. To coordinate with the Head Office and DCs for closure of DC payments
1. Leadership skills and management capabilities.
2. Should have team handling experience.
3 Sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel, etc.
Immediate joiners would be preferred.
