o Recommending and filing suitable legal actions against defaulters.o Arbitration/Notice to Overdue/Chronic caseso Recovery in system written off contractso To defend cases filed against the Company.o Experience in SARFAESIo Knowledge of Mortgageso Appearing as POA holder on behalf of Company in Sec 138 NI Act matters, Mortgage suits, SummarySuits and other mode of Recovery through Legal.o Exposure in handling Police and other Govt Authorities representing and safeguarding theCompanys interest and its employees.o Exposure of Drafting and vetting Legal Notices, reply to Notices, Plaint, Written Statements andother legal documents.o Interface with Defaulters to motivate for payment of dues.
1.LLA -Most with graduation
2.Practice will atleast 3 Years
