I. Document Drafting and Preparation
Assisting in Document Creation: \- Supporting Drafting Tasks: o Assist in drafting basic legal documents such as land sale deeds, agreements,and MoUs, under the supervision of the Senior Document Writer. o Prepare initial drafts of documents, ensuring that all necessary legalclauses and details are included as per the company\standards and legalrequirements. Supporting the Vetting Process: \- Initial Document Review: o Review documents for completeness and accuracy before submitting them to theSenior Document Writer for final vetting. o Assist in making initial corrections and revisions based on feedback from theSenior Document Writer to ensure compliance with legal standards. II. Coordination and Communication Liaising with Internal Teams: \- Internal Coordination: o Coordinate with internal teams, including the real estate development teamand project managers, to gather the necessary information for documentpreparation. o Communicate with the Legal and Compliance teams to ensure that all documentsmeet regulatory and company standards. Assisting with Government Liaison: \- Supporting Government Interactions: o Assist the Senior Document Writer in liaising with government offices such asthe Sub\-Registrar\office and the Revenue Department. o Prepare and organize documents required for submission to governmentauthorities, ensuring they are in compliance with regulatory requirements. III. Documentation and Record Maintenance Document Filing and Organization: \- Maintaining Legal Records: o Organize and maintain physical and electronic records of all legal documentsprepared by the department. o Ensure that all documents are properly filed, indexed, and easily accessiblefor future reference. Supporting Documentation Submission: \- Assisting in Document Filing: o Assist in the submission of legal documents to the appropriate governmentoffices, ensuring that all filings are completed accurately and on time. o Track the status of submitted documents and follow up with governmentauthorities as needed to ensure timely processing. IV. Professional Development and Learning Continuous Skill Improvement: \- Learning and Development: o Engage in training and development opportunities to improve skills indocument drafting and legal compliance. o Stay informed about changes in land laws and documentation procedures,particularly those relevant to the real estate sector in Tamil Nadu. Support and Collaboration: \- Assisting Senior Document Writer: o Provide support to the Senior Document Writer in complex legal tasks, gaininghands\-on experience and developing expertise in legal documentation. o Participate in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing improvement ofdocument preparation processes within the department.

Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university Experience: 2\-4 years of experience in legal document drafting, with a focus on land saledeeds and related government documentation in Tamil Nadu. \- Experience in handling land sale deedsand government documentation in Tamil Nadu.
\- Basic understanding of Tamil Nadu land laws and property registrationprocesses.
