Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Social Studies Teacher with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school . The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, a student-centered approach, and the ability to make history, geography, civics, and economics engaging and relevant for students. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Teaching & Lesson Planning Design and deliver engaging lessons based on CBSE curriculum, customized for alternative education approaches. ✅ Interactive & Experiential Learning Use storytelling, real-world connections, maps, role-plays, and activities to make Social Studies relatable and thought-provoking. ✅ Student Engagement & Support Encourage critical thinking, class discussions, and support diverse learning needs through differentiated instruction. ✅ Assessment & Feedback Develop and evaluate projects, presentations, and formative assessments in line with CBSE patterns. ✅ Administrative & School Activities Participate actively in school events, field trips, parent meetings, and collaborative planning with colleagues. Skills Required: ✔ Deep understanding of history, geography, civics, and cultural studies.✔ Familiarity with CBSE syllabus and assessment structure for primary grades.✔ Strong communication and classroom management skills .✔ Creativity, empathy, and a child-centric teaching approach.✔ Openness to alternative pedagogies and interdisciplinary teaching.
