Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Product Testing Engineer to conduct testing, inspection, and validation of electrical products such as switches, MCBs, and lighting solutions. The role involves ensuring product reliability, safety, and compliance with industry standards before market release.

Perform functional, electrical, mechanical, and endurance testing of switches, MCBs, and lights.
Conduct HV testing, load testing, insulation resistance testing, and continuity checks.
Ensure products comply with BIS, IEC, and internal quality standards.
Prepare detailed test reports, observations, and improvement suggestions.
Identify and document product defects and recommend corrective actions.
Work closely with R&D, Production, and Quality teams to improve product performance.
Maintain test equipment and ensure calibration and safety compliance.
Support batch testing, product validation, and new product development (NPD).
