Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Development:
Design and build custom SugarCRM/SuiteCRM modules, layouts, and views.
Customization:
Tailor the CRM platform to meet specific business requirements, including developing custom dashlets.
Integration:
Connect SugarCRM with other internal and external systems using RESTful APIs for seamless data flow.
Maintenance & Support:
Monitor, debug, and troubleshoot issues across different environments, providing operational support for production applications.
Optimization:
Improve system performance, including database optimization.
Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams (sales, support, development) to understand and gather requirements for new solutions.
Documentation:
Clearly document system processes and customizations.
Code Quality:
Write well-structured, testable code following established coding guidelines and best practices.
Version Control:
Utilize Git for version control and code management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Programming Languages:
Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript (jQuery, Ajax), and MySQL.
Frameworks & Concepts:
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
CRM Platforms:
Hands-on experience with SugarCRM or SuiteCRM, including module development and migration.
APIs:
Experience with RESTful APIs for integrations.
Database:
Proficiency with MySQL and database optimization.
Tools:
Familiarity with Git for version control.
Other:
Excellent problem-solving, communication skills, and experience with Linux command-line tools are often a plus.
