Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the design and architecture of AI/ML solutions aligned with business objectives.
Develop and implement scalable systems using Python, FastAPI, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Manage the AI lifecycle including model development, serving, monitoring, and retraining.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and measure non-functional requirements (NFRs) and perform architectural performance reviews.
Support DevOps/MLOps practices for efficient deployment and operations.
Utilize cloud-native AI tools and services on platforms like AWS / Azure.
Work on AI/ML-driven projects including LLMs, RAG architectures, and agent-based systems.
Implement model observability, logging, and telemetry frameworks for AI applications.
Document architectural decisions and collaborate effectively with development teams.
Design hybrid system architectures integrating real-time and batch data pipelines.
Apply prior experience in the Power/Energy or Electrification domain to AI solution design.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of AI/ML, Deep Learning, and OpenAI frameworks
Proficiency in Python and frameworks like FastAPI
Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI agents
Cloud experience with AWS or Azure AI services
Familiarity with DevOps/MLOps practices
Ability to design scalable, secure, and efficient architectures
Knowledge of model monitoring, observability, and retraining strategies
Strong problem-solving, documentation, and collaboration skills
Domain experience in Power/Energy or Electrification (preferred)
