Job Description

We have an urgent requirements of Purchase Manager with our largest Indian manufacturing giant based at Sirsa.

Only female(Married) candidate is preferred.

Role And responsibility:

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Sourcing:

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
Source materials and services in line with company requirements.
Obtain competitive quotations and negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms.

Vendor Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to quality and delivery timelines.
Resolve issues related to supply delays, defects, or price discrepancies.

Purchase Planning & Compliance:

Collaborate with internal teams to forecast material requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier contracts, and pricing history.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to enhance procurement efficiency and reduce costs.
Implement best practices in supply chain and procurement processes.
Work on automation and digital tools to streamline procurement operations.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Experience Required- 5-7 Yrs.
B.Tech(Chemical, civil, Bio and Mechanical) or a related field. A Masters degree in Science. is an advantage
