Role & responsibilities

Proficiency in MS-Excel is mandatory.
Strong work ethic, ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.

Strong quantitative and analytical reasoning, attention to detail with critical thinking.

Ability to work independently and as a team player at all levels
You will be responsible for delivering all requests with respect to Employee Life Cycle (Hire to Retire).
Ensures the assigned tasks are completed accurately and delivered per the agreed timeline.
Prepare the required reports required for Audit, Statutory and Payroll purposes.
Additionally, to take up special projects/process improvement activities
Responsible to create actionable insights and understanding, through the data and provide recommendations to business leaders.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Prepare dashboard and create reports as needed.
