Research & Scholarship:

Initiate and conduct independent or collaborative research in your area of expertise.
Publish research findings in reputable, peer-reviewed journals (Medline, PubMed Central, Scopus, etc.).
Write proposals and secure external grants/funding to support ongoing research projects.
Present research findings at national and international conferences.

Core Responsibilities

Teaching & Instruction:

Deliver lectures, conduct practical demonstrations, and facilitate classroom/laboratory discussions for undergraduate (MBBS) and postgraduate students.
