Job Description

Core Responsibilities (Shared by both roles)

Teaching & Instruction:

Deliver lectures, conduct practical sessions, and lead tutorials for undergraduate (MBBS, BDS, Allied Health Sciences) and postgraduate (MD Physiology, MSc Medical Physiology) students.
Supervise laboratory experiments and demonstrations to enhance understanding of physiological principles using modern equipment (e.g., ECG, spirometry, neurophysiology labs).
Develop, prepare, and revise curriculum materials and course content in alignment with NMC competency-based guidelines.

Research & Scholarship:

Conduct independent and collaborative research in physiological mechanisms and their clinical applications.
Publish research findings in peer-reviewed, indexed journals (Medline, Scopus, etc.).
Assist in writing grant proposals to secure funding for research activities.
Guide postgraduate students in their dissertation research.
