- Purchasing Request, Purchasing Orders and Price Change process management based on given rules if
applicable
- Monitoring and tracking of special orders in quantity and time
- Invoice checking and handling
- Creation and maintenance of Master data in ERP-Systems Betti (e.g. SAP) and procurement tools (e.g. Ivoflow Qlik, Action List)
- RFQ Management based on given rules (e.g. Process & tracking, checking for completeness, creating initial
quotation comparison based on specified standards, benchmarks)
- Document exchange with supplier (e.g, Specifications, Drawings etc.)
- Supplier and internal communication
- General Procurement office organization (Filing, appointment planning, organization of business travel and
meetings, general correspondence with suppliers,..)
