Job Title: International Business Development Manager / Head (Exports Europe, Australia & NZ, Asia)

Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion & Strategy

• Identify and evaluate new international markets, primarily in Europe, Asia, and Gulf regions.
• Develop and execute region-specific market entry and growth strategies.
• Conduct in-depth market research on competition, customer needs, and regulatory landscapes.

Business Development & Sales

• Acquire new clients and build product registration pipelines.
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives within approved budgets.

Partnership & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and global partners.

Negotiation & Contracts

• Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements, including pricing, licensing terms, and supply arrangements.

Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with R&D, Regulatory, QA, QC, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely product dispatch and issue resolution.
• Manage operational, administrative, and supply chain activities for assigned territories.
• Oversee product development and registration progress for new markets.

Experience Requirements

• Significant experience in international business development within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Proven success in driving global expansion strategies.
• Strong background in managing international contracts and commercial partnerships.
• Experience working with regulated and semi-regulated markets.
• Leadership experience in mentoring BD teams and driving high-performance culture.
• Ability to translate complex scientific and regulatory requirements into customer-focused solutions.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of pharma products (APIs, formulations, OSDs, etc.).
• Proficiency in market analysis, financial modeling, and strategic planning.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with global regulatory requirements.
