Job Description

Position:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Track and follow up on branch action items for timely closure and compliance.

2. Coordinate with building management for office-related issues and maintenance.

3. Execute office events, festivals, and internal activities across branches.

4. Execute event decorations, vendors, budgeting, and ensure seamless execution.

5. Ensure uniform branding and admin compliance across offices.

6. Coordinate with IT vendors for hardware, software, and system issues. 7. Track IT complaints and ensure timely resolution.

8. Coordinate new office setups, launches, infrastructure readiness, and manage branch shifting.

9. Conduct branch visits to assess admin, maintenance, and operational needs.

10. Procure and manage office items and supplies as needed.

11. Handle new office hunting, site visits, and broker coordination.

12. Arrange internal meetings, including meeting room setup, seating arrangements (tables and chairs), microphones, speakers, audio-visual systems, and snacks/food/catering coordination.

13. Ensure branch housekeeping, cleaning, and maintenance standards.

Key Skills & Competencies:

1. Strong administrative and coordination skills

2. Basic understanding of IT assets and office systems

3. Event planning and vendor management skills

4. Good communication, follow-up, and documentation abilities

5. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

6. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
