Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and others.

• Plan and execute

  daily content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.) to drive engagement and brand visibility.

• Conduct periodic

  social media and online reputation audits

  to assess brand health and identify improvement areas.
• Generate insights and propose new, creative ideas to strengthen the companys digital presence.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to stay ahead with relevant strategies.
• Measure, analyze, and report performance using analytics tools; recommend corrective actions for underperforming platforms.
• Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Stay updated with best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing.

Required Skills & Experience:-

• 1 to 4 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content trends, and social media analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to

  grow, uplift, and improve brand social media performance

  .
• Experience in conducting

  brand or reputation audits

  and suggesting improvement strategies.
• Proficiency with social media tools such as Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-office environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Educational Qualification

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field (preferred).
