We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist with experience in managing and growing brand presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, handle end-to-end social media strategies, and deliver measurable results in terms of engagement, reach, and lead generation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create, curate, and schedule engaging posts across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Assist in developing social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and trends; respond appropriately.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Analyze social media performance using tools and provide monthly reports.
• Stay updated with the latest social media tools and practices.
• Support the team during online campaigns, events, or promotions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidates with 1-4 years of experience in social media management.
• Good understanding of popular social media platforms and trends.

• Excellent English communication and writing skills.

• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and detail.

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar is a plus.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc.) is an advantage.
