Job Description

Role: Operations Manager

Location: Amanora Park Town, Pune, India

Job Accountability:

Ensure that customers orders / enquiries are processed timely and accurately
Ensure that delivery information is provided to client accurately
Liaison with multiple parties including customers, agents, boatmen, colleagues.
Ensure compliance with customers Standard Operating Procedure
Ensure that all jobs are monitored and updated in ERP system accurately & timely
Ensure all event data are updated correctly in system
Resolve discrepancies / issues quickly and efficiently, when necessary
Regularly update management on any issue requiring their attention

Educational/Skills Qualification:

Minimum Diploma in Maritime Transportation or related discipline
At least 6 - 8 years of experience in Operations preferably in maritime industry
Strong organisational capability with meticulous approach
Able to work under pressure in a fast changing and demanding environment
Strong inter-personal skills and managerial capabilities
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Prompt reporting based on set processes
Able to work Overtime when required
