Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tertiary Data Management

Maintain
Daily Sales Report (DSR)
on a regular basis.
Track and manage
promoter costs, incentives, and monthly targets
.
Monitor
promoter focus products
and performance.
Handle
universe data management
for territory-level tracking.
Prepare and update
Power BI dashboards
for real-time reporting.

2. Secondary Sales Data Management

Maintain projects including
outlet performance tracking and prize distribution
.
Conduct
Ghee QPS scheme analysis
on a
monthly/weekly basis
.
Manage and validate
universe data
for secondary sales.

3. Primary Sales Data Management

Perform
scheme analysis
at
depot-wise level
.
Track and evaluate
additional scheme performance
.
Conduct
ROI and budget calculations
for trade schemes.
Manage
universe-level data
for primary sales.
Prepare
ad-hoc reports
as per business requirements.

Data Analysis & Reporting Skills

Strong proficiency in
MS Excel
(HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Array Formulas, Advanced Functions).
Hands-on experience with
Power BI
for dashboard creation, reporting, and visualization.
Strong understanding of
sales data cycles (primary, secondary, tertiary)
.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate/Postgraduate in
Commerce, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field
.
2–5 years of experience
in Sales Data Analysis / Trade Marketing / MIS Reporting.
Prior experience in
FMCG / Retail / Consumer Goods industry
preferred.

Key Competencies:

Strong attention to detail with ability to work with large datasets.
Proficiency in
report automation, dashboard preparation, and KPI tracking
.
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
