Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive specializing in Management Information Systems (MIS) to join our team on a contractual basis (1 Year Conract extendable basis on performance). The ideal candidate will support our HR department by maintaining and analyzing HR data, generating reports, and assisting in decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and maintain HR MIS to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Create and update HR dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets for performance tracking and analysis.
Manage payroll for blue-collar employees and address salary queries efficiently.
Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights to support strategic planning.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports related to employee metrics, recruitment, and performance.
Collaborate with HR teams to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
Support HR initiatives with data-driven insights and recommendations.
Assist in the implementation of HR projects and systems.
Ensure compliance with data management policies and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR MIS or a similar role.
Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, with expertise in creating HR dashboards.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
