We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Junior HR Executive to join our HR team and play a key role in identifying and hiring the right talent to drive our business forward.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively source candidates using multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri and other professional networks.

• Review applications and conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates fit for various roles. • Conduct in-depth telephonic conversations to assess candidate potential, communication skills, attitude, and suitability for the organization.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the hiring team, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups.

• Maintain and update candidate records in internal databases and applicant tracking systems.

• Regularly update hiring dashboards and recruitment trackers in MS Excel or related tools.

• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.

• Stay informed on current recruitment trends, tools, and best practices in the industry.

• Work closely with hiring managers to improve hiring efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline. (A degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.)

• 23 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or HR recruitment, preferably in IT or a similar domain.

• Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

• Experience in working with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.

• Good understanding of recruitment life cycle and candidate engagement.

• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel (for maintaining trackers, reports, and databases).

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• A proactive and result-driven attitude with an eye for detail.
