URGENT OPENING FOR HR

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Develop training and development programs
• Assist in performance management processes
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records (attendance, incentive, overtime etc.)
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• Experience with ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory compliances
• Activities and events for employees
• Problem-solving and employee service orientation

Requirements:

• Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Strong ethics and reliability
• Proficiency in the EPFO portal & HRMS systems
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, with strong exposure to PF processes
• In-depth knowledge of EPF regulations and statutory compliance
• Knowledge about Linkedin

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
