Responsibilities: Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems Provide counseling on policies and procedures Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process Create and implement effective onboarding plans Develop training and development programs Assist in performance management processes Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues Maintain employee records (attendance, incentive, overtime etc.) Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance Experience with ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory compliances Activities and events for employees Problem-solving and employee service orientation Requirements: Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.) Proficient in MS Office Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude Strong ethics and reliability Proficiency in the EPFO portal & HRMS systems 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, with strong exposure to PF processes In-depth knowledge of EPF regulations and statutory compliance Knowledge about Linkedin Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid sick time Work Location: In person
