Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with real estate development and investment goals.
• Advise the CEO and leadership team on capital structuring, project financing, and portfolio management.
• Participate in long-term planning for

  land acquisition, joint ventures,

  and asset monetization.
• Structure and secure project-specific financing through banks, NBFCs, private equity, or joint ventures.
• Lead budgeting for real estate development, construction, and operational expenditures
• Forecast cash flows and returns across multiple projects, phases, and timelines.
• Comply with RERA, GST, income tax, and other real estate-specific statutory obligations.
• Liaise with auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions for compliance and reporting.
• Manage project-wise cash flows to ensure timely funding of construction and operational activities.
• Optimize treasury operations and oversee collections, disbursements, and surplus deployment.
• Manage investor communications and reporting for funds raised through institutional or HNI channels.
• Oversee direct and indirect taxation including GST, TDS, and capital gains.
• Handle financial aspects of land/title due diligence and agreement structuring
• Lead and mentor the finance, accounts, compliance, and procurement teams.
• Implement systems and tools (e.g., ERP, project finance trackers) to increase efficiency.
• Present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial updates to the board and stakeholders.
• Support strategic initiatives such as REIT formation, IPO planning, or asset monetization.
