Role & responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries:

    Answer incoming calls, emails, or chats to respond to customer questions, concerns, and complaints.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues:

    Investigate and solve customer problems, identify needs, and provide effective solutions.
  • Follow procedures:

    Adhere to communication scripts, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Escalate issues:

    Transfer complex cases to specialized departments or management when necessary.
  • Provide product knowledge:

    Stay updated on company products and services to provide information and upsell when appropriate.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Candidates open to work in

    rotational shift (evening or night shifts)

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in In-house process.
