Job Title:

International B2B Voice Process

Key Responsibilities:

Provide voice-based customer service
Deliver timely and accurate solutions to queries
Build domain and client knowledge to ensure first-call resolution
Maintain service standards including CSAT, SLA, AHT, and effort metrics
Ensure quality on every call as per internal and client guidelines
Follow standard procedures for issue resolution and documentation
Identify and support continuous process improvements

Candidate Profile:

Education:

UG: Any Graduate or Undergraduate
( B.Com, B.A, BCA, BBA, BHM, BSc Except Stats, Math Hons, Eco Hons)

Key Skills:

Excellent spoken & written communication in English
Basic knowledge of MS Office & computer usage
Flexibility to work in
rotational night shifts
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
