About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic support team. You'll handle customer queries through inbound/outbound calls, providing timely and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Address and resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns with empathy and accuracy. Provide product/service information and support. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Work effectively in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.
