Job Description

Dear Candidate

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP). The role involves partnering with business leaders to drive performance culture, talent development, employee engagement, performance management systems (PMS) and ensure statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic HR partner to business units, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
Design, implement, and manage the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
Ensure smooth execution of annual and mid-year performance review cycles with business alignment.
Drive compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and ensure audit readiness.
Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to support organizational growth and culture building.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of PMS frameworks, talent management practices, and compliance regulations.
Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability with a people-first approach.
Ability to manage sensitive employee matters with integrity and confidentiality.
