Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, providing excellent after-sales support and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Partner with Marketing, Technical, and Product teams to improve customer experience and drive solution adoption. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline/sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
B.Tech /MBA degree is required a related field, from a reputed college/institute. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a sales environment. Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, using online research tools and databases. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information.
Experience: 10+ yrs in the relevant field
Preferred Skills:
Minimum of 10 years experience in sales or business development within the SAP ecosystem. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Proactive and self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
