Cogniter Technologies is seeking a skilled UCaaS Developer to design and implement scalable, secure, real-time communication solutions. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies like WebRTC , media servers , and unified communication APIs to power enterprise-grade applications for global clients. Key Responsibilities Development & Integration Develop WebRTC-based applications using platforms like Jitsi , Janus , or Zoom SDKs Build and maintain media servers for real-time audio and video streaming Create robust backend services in Node.js for signaling, session control, and orchestration Integrate third-party APIs such as Twilio , Vonage , and Microsoft Teams Implement and troubleshoot RTC protocols : SIP, VoIP, STUN, TURN, ICE Performance & Security Optimize systems for low latency and high-quality media performance Implement encryption and secure signaling for real-time communications Address network challenges such as NAT traversal , jitter , and packet loss Collaboration & Support Work closely with frontend teams to deliver seamless WebRTC experiences Monitor, debug, and support production environments for real-time applications Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience with WebRTC and media server technologies Proficiency in Node.js and microservices-based architectures Deep understanding of real-time protocols: VoIP , SIP , STUN , TURN , ICE , RTP , RTSP , HLS , DASH Experience integrating APIs like Twilio , Vonage , or Microsoft Teams Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS , Azure , or Google Cloud Expertise in WebRTC security and media optimization Bonus Skills Experience with AI-powered enhancements like noise suppression or speech analytics Knowledge of real-time frameworks like WebSockets and Socket.IO Understanding of cloud-native deployments and scalable media architectures Why Join Cogniter Technologies?
