Roles & Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls

  : Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads provided by the marketing team.  

  Customer Engagement

  : Establish rapport and build long-lasting relationships with prospective customers by providing relevant and accurate product information.  

  Sales Conversion

  : Qualify leads, handle objections, and close sales over the phone, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.  

  Cross-Selling & Upselling

  : Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities for additional insurance products to meet customer needs.

  Product Knowledge

  : Understand and stay up to date with the full range of insurance products offered by OneInsure to effectively explain options to customers.

  CRM Management

  : Accurately record customer information and interactions in the CRM system, ensuring all details are up to date and relevant.
