Job Summary:


We are hiring a Lead Generation & Performance Marketing with strong experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing data- driven performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and WhatsApp, with a focus on lead generation. Optimizing campaigns in real-time, and driving measurable results through webinars and digital funnels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns focused on lead generation for
    real estate projects.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, WhatsApp Ads, and
    other paid channels.
  • Manage campaign budgets of Minimum 56 Lacs/month, ensuring high ROI and low cost-per-lead (CPL).
  • Build targeted campaigns using Meta Business Suite, including audience segmentation, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
  • Run and manage WhatsApp Ads to drive direct inquiries and real-time engagement.
  • Coordinate and promote webinars as part of the lead nurturing and conversion strategy.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and follow-up content.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Continuously test and iterate campaigns to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign efficiency.
  • Work closely with the sales and CRM teams to ensure timely lead handover and feedback loop optimization.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically in the real
    estate industry (mandatory).
  • Proven expertise in running Facebook/Instagram Ads, Meta Campaigns, and
    WhatsApp Ads.
  • Experience managing ad budgets of 56 Lacs/month with a strong track record of ROI-
    driven results.
  • In-depth understanding of lead generation funnels, audience targeting, and retargeting
    strategies.
  • Experience organizing and promoting webinars for buyer engagement and lead
    qualification.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with reporting tools and ad dashboards.
  • Familiarity with real estate buyer personas and regional targeting (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Certification in Meta Ads, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
