Job Responsibilities
Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
Perform routine maintenance of systems and ensure minimal downtime.
Manage LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and network connectivity issues.
Provide technical support to end-users on hardware and networking-related queries.
Ensure system security, updates, and antivirus installations.
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
Maintain asset records and IT documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and warranty services.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
1–3 years of hands-on experience in IT hardware and networking.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic server management, and networking concepts.
Familiarity with switches, routers, LAN/WAN configuration, and troubleshooting.
Good problem-solving skills with the ability to handle pressure situations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Requirements
Immediate joiners preferred .
Certification (CCNA,RedHat, etc.) will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
