Job Summary: -

The US Immigration Generalist Representative is responsible for gathering the necessary paperwork, is involved in the timely completion of client-specific pre-employment requirements, and completes the compliance formalities for all new hires.

Key Responsibilities: -

Handle correspondence, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly
Outreaching to candidates on monthly basis and answering their calls and helping with their queries
Coordinate day-to-day activities to ensure smooth workflow within the team.
Monitor deadlines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time
Act as a liaison between the team and other departments or clients, ensuring clear communication
Ensure adherence to organizational policies and legal requirements.
Provide support during peak workloads or in challenging situations
