Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle implementations of
Duck Creek Policy and Billing
solutions.
Manage project delivery including
planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication
.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions using Duck Creek tools (Express, Author, Transact, Forms, Server).
Provide
technical leadership
across configuration, integration, testing, and deployment phases.
Ensure compliance with
Duck Creek Conformance Standards
and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including
Business Analysts, Architects, QA, and DevOps
.
Drive integration with third-party systems using
APIs, Web Services, and batch processes
.
Support enterprise reporting using
Duck Creek Insights, Extract Mapper, and Power BI
.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to
practice development
and
solution accelerators
.

Required Skills & Experience:

14+ years of experience in
Duck Creek Policy and Billing
implementations.
Strong understanding of
P&C insurance products
(personal and commercial lines).
Proficiency in Duck Creek tools:
Express (v3+), Author, Transact, Forms, Server, User Admin
.
Experience with
Duck Creek On-Demand (DCOD)
and
On-Prem
environments.
Solid grasp of
.NET, MS SQL Server
, and modern software design patterns.
Experience with
technical project management
, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and delivery governance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
