The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing Duck Creek Policy solutions to meet the evolving needs of enhancement projects. This role requires deep knowledge of Duck Creek Policy architecture, configuration, and integration, along with a strong understanding of insurance domain workflows and business processes. Key Responsibilities: Policy Configuration & Development: Design and develop Duck Creek Policy solutions, including configuration of policy templates, rules, workflows, and data models. Implement enhancements and customizations to Duck Creek Policy components based on business requirements. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions within Duck Creek Policy. Enhancement Project Execution: • Participate in Duck Creek enhancement projects, ensuring timely delivery of policy-related configurations and customizations. Develop and implement new features, including rating algorithms, underwriting rules, and policy lifecycle workflows. Optimize existing policy configurations to improve performance and scalability. • Integration & Testing: Integrate Duck Creek Policy solutions with other Duck Creek modules (Billing, Claims, etc.) and external systems. Perform unit testing and support system integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of policy configurations.

This role requires a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Duck Creek solutions within the Property & Casualty insurance space. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects for Duck Creek (Billing, Policy, Claims). Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, resource estimates, timelines, and budgets.
